sch's been ok so far. 3 lectures in a day. not used to it, sitting in tat same lect threatre and same seat for 6 hrs??!! well, maybe for 4 hrs. haha. but still, first lecturer was quite funny, talked to us abt investments, cos it's financial managment module. and btw, he bears a great resemblance to joshua. hahah.. tall, skinny and basically looks like tat. lol. :) 2nd lecturer, nah... he's funny in a sense that he's a bit blur lar. we couldnt cover wat we're supposed to during the lecture then the lecturer asked if we could jus go home and read the notes ourselves. and basically, everyone gave a resounding YES. guess everyone couldn't wait to get out of lecture. me too...

wa ta shi wa joyce desu. dozou you ro shi ku!! oh, i've taken jap as my IS module. so fun!!! hahah... teacher was young, fun, and kawaii!! lol. and i jus love my timetable. 2 full days and 3 half days. fabulous, marvellous, gorgeous. life's great so far. so far, so gd. prayer mtg was ok too. shorter than i expected. guess u guys will still me next wk... hahahaha... u know y... the leaders shld know ya? hahah..

im in love with the ong family. the bestest (if there's such word) ppl on the face of planet earth. they rock a part of my world. hahah. went ktv like after having dinner at smith street, was a impulsive decision to go and sing. went up the stairs and amanda say she needed to borrow money frm me cos she didnt have enough, and we realised all of us didnt have enough money. gosh!

can go atm and draw money rite? problem is, there's only 3 of us. if two of them goes out together to draw money, the one person staying in room alone, wouldnt it be too dangerous? and vice versa. so we came to a conculsion, we called mei hui to come down and save us. and she did--- with her dad. 10plus at night, from home sweet home clementi down to chinatown, at some ulu parts of chinatown. she's my fren. i'm really proud she's my fren. *beaming* and the above isn't a story or a storyline that sounds so familiar is tv serials. that's wat really happenened.

to those reading, would ur fren help you in a situation like tat. my fren did.

went amoy street to have lunchie wif jen. oh..so it's located there. seen the food centre on tv but ahhh...... had wan tan noodle. nice. wat else, yam wif ginko nuts. a brain supplement according to jen, so eat it before exams ya? hahah

and yeah bought some cheapo stuff recently, maybe just one. a new pencil case for school, just $1.20 from big bookshop. looks really nice and can stuff lots of stationery. and not to forget the most important of all---- buggy, my calulator. :D


school's starting soon, looking forward to it cos after that it's holidays again!! lol.
trying to save money now, cos i wanna go holiday again. was discussing on hui's blog that we shld marry some handsome and rich guy, so next time bu chou chi bu chou chuang. hahah... nah i just want to go holidays. that's so unrealistic, be pratical joyce.

am feeling a bit tired. and sick. since my return from china, haven't been feeling too good. maybe lack of sleep. i now sleep really early, say 10 plus to 11. (hey, i normally sleep at 1,2am) Just wanna rot at home every now and then if possible.

was caught in the rain yesterday while having my laptop repaired. was lost in that ulu place and yes, was raining cats and dogs. though i had an umbrella doesn't seem to be of much use. the place was air-conditioned, left in a cab to town n entered cineleisure, and watched a movie-- the day after tmr. (if u noticed, the places where i've been are all air-conditioned) Grrr... cold. cold. cold.

when i reached home, was feeling hot and cold. ta-da fever. tat explains y i skipped my windsurf lesson today. wat a waste ya... oh well.

i've got a wish list now. but it won't come true. i wish, sch holidays will extend. tat wasn't meant to be.

Im back! im glad i am. :D 11 days in china... unimaginable. hahah. went to serveral places, first to fuzhou-->nanping-->wu yi shan-->shanghai-->fuzhou-->singapore

have got a bad impression of shanghianese though. they're LOUD, they spit everywhere even those pretty ladies, they're rude. when they push u, they don't give u a damn and don't say sorry at all. they have got a BIG attitude problem.

was going to fly to fuzhou on the morning, gg to check out of the room, these 2 ladies came to check if we used anything. then my room has got this magazine missing, the person demanded us to pay 20 yuan to her. but the thing is, we didn't take the mag and we didnt even have the time to flip the mag so how on earth did we take the mag???!!! it's absurd!! we argued tat so many ppl came in n out of the room so probably anyone could have taken it. we offered the lady to check our luggage but she didn't want to. quarrelled, quarrelled and quarrelled. singaporeans can't win in this kind of 'debate'. They're real LOUD ppl, the way the speak is high-pitched. Grrrrr..... forget it, we gave them the money.

next, lobby to check out. initially when we check in, we're suppose to pay 190yuan/rm/night. then when we wanted to check out, they told us the price is 220yuan/rm/night. wat the.... yes we were so furious!! they're out to eat our money, jus becos we're singaporeans. calculation: 30x3x5=450yuan. tts the extra amt we got to pay and tts a lot. horrible. horrible. horrible. ARGH... yes we quarrelled again. all these has seriously spoil the image of the hotel and the shanghainese. their actions, their words, have depicted who they really are. ShangFu DaDi Holiday Hotel at Wending Lu 205. my auntie is gg to write in to the shanghai papers to comment abt what she encountered. oh well...

i'll jus pray hard that my taiwan trip would be a better one, at least im not staying at a hotel.
