Gennie in Town - Part 1

Gennie (with her bf) was here over the weekends. Received her email a few weeks back, and have been looking forward to her visit ever since.

we last met each other in Taipei in June, and now... she's FINALLY here!!!

over the email, i told her Spore's rather cold (to me at least), been raining lately, so bring long sleeved shirt n jacket. when she touched down, she called me and said, "Mei, it's so hot in Spore. Long sleeved shirt n jacket???!!!" Hahaha, oops. =X

Above pic shows them enjoying the local cuisine of Hainanese Chicken Rice, Zui Quay, Wanton noodles and Sweet n sour tao gua (sounds thai, haha).

but do you know what's Gennie's favourite food among all? Not the ever popular chicken rice, but teh tarik, to-say and nann, and i think nasi brayani too! yes, she LOVES the indian food. She'll go... "mei, the indian food here is so nice!!!" go franchise lar... that's my reply.

next stop.... is the Bird Park (my 2nd trip, since i was 5)
